Q. What's so special about these Play Tents? Why are they SAFE?
A. We're glad you asked! Pacific Play Tents(PPT) prides themselves on being the leading manufacturer of safe, durable Play Tents, Play Tunnels, Play Parachutes and more. While other companies spend money on licensing for "characters" to put on their merchandise PPT was busy developing a more durable material like their exclusive "G3" patented shock corded poles and the durable 190T 70 Denier polyester.

SAFE and FUN Play Tents

  • SAFE: All of the fabric used in these products is 190T 70 Denier Polyester.
  • OUTDOORS: These products are made with a WATER REPELLANT material!
    (Made with a 250mm Poly Urethane(PU) coating)
  • STURDY: The tent poles are all patented "G3" poles. They are made of fiberglass and have a PU coating to make them VIRTUALLY UNBREAKABLE!
  • EASY to CLEAN: All of the tent floors are made with 10x10 weave PE(polyethylene) WATERPROOF material.

SHIPPING: PLAY TENTS

Q. How does shipping work?
A. All shipments are sent via UPS (or by USPS, where applicable and will have tracking numbers for your convenience. You will be given a choice of shipping methods and the prices for each upon checkout. Prices are based on weight and destination. Our checkout cart bases the price on the UPS pricing chart and gives you as accurately a price as possible. We try to keep our shipping prices low so that you don't get charged more just to ship your order. We also provide you with all the possible shipping methods in order for you to receive your order as quickly as desired.
Q. Where can you ship to?
A. We generally ship inside the United States. However, we are currently offering UPS International shipping and we are constantly working to expand our shipping options to include more affordable International shipping.
NOTE: If you would like to see your ESTIMATED SHIPPING COSTS, please add your items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Just before you get to the payment page our Shopping cart will show you what Shipping will cost based on the weight and destination.

PAYMENT

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept MOST major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express AND Paypal! We do NOT accept Discover, Diners Club, etc. at this time.
Q. Do you charge Sales Tax for my State?
A. At this time, Sales Tax is ONLY charged to residents of California.
Q. Is it safe to use my Credit Card Online?
A. Businesses these days ensure the customer through encrypted data known as SSL which makes purchasing online as safe, if not safer than ordering over the phone. Data gets encrypted by the website and de-crypted by the transaction system.

RETURNS

Q. What is your RETURN POLICY?
We believe in the quality of the products we sell and will therefore accept any return item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days for any reason. We will issue a refund or credit covering the value of your returned item, less shipping and handling charges. A 20% restocking fee may be applied if the return is made after 30 days or is not in the original packaging. outdoorfuntime.net reserves the right to refuse merchandise returned in a damaged or obviously used condition.

If an item is defective in any way, please contact us via email for an RMA number and return shipping label.

If an order is returned to us marked "Refuse Delivery", we will charge you for the original shipping charges since they are paid by us when the order is shipped and are not refundable.
 
Q. So after 30 days I'm stuck?
We realize that items may be defective and have problems later on down the line, so we try to go beyond our policy by having a great relationship with the manufacturers. If you have a product that is defective and it is after the 30 days, please contact the manufacturer, explain what happened and tell them you purchased their product through Outdoor Funtime. Q. What are the steps involved for returning items?
STEPS FOR RETURNS:
Step 1 - Email returns@outdoorfuntime.net and request an RMA # for your order number. Please specify what you are returning and why.

Step 2 - Place item(s) in their original packaging and ship items via USPS, UPS or FEDEX to:

Step 3 - Once we receive your items, we will refund your credit card the amount of the purchase minus shipping charges. If it has been more than 30 days since the original purchase date, we will mail you a corporate check.
